Song Notes:
1. "Call Me" was written as a joke actually. Everyone told me that all of my songs were sad or down. They said - you need a song that is up tempo and up beat. So..... I went home one night and decided to write the peppiest country song I could. What I ended up with was almost everyone's favorite of all the songs.

2. "Since You're Gone (The Dad Song)" was written for my dad. He went into the emergency room one night, and I had to stay at home to relay information to the rest of the family. I became inspired by the idea that when someone dies suddenly, you don't get the chance to tell them how you feel. So I thought it would be good to say those things now while he was still around. Everyone refers to this song as "The Dad Song".

3. "Summertime In Texas" was written after a long day of sunning' by the pool and bikini scoping. It speaks for itself.

4. "Nobody's Fault But Mine" is about anyone who has had a little brush with the law and lost.

5. "Rhythm And Booze" was just me drinking' and trying to write a honky tonk song. (One of my mom's favorites - she'd kill me if she had a computer and could read this).

6. "You Are The Reason" was inspired by what I thought my dad would say to my mom if he put it in song form. They are my inspiration.

7. "Hair Of The Dog" is just a good ole drinkin', fightin', and general hell raisin' song in the spirit of the late, great Mr. Waylon Jennings.

8. "That's What You Asked" is a cheatin', leavin' Texas waltz.

9. "If You're Gonna Leave Me" started out as a silly, arrogant song about a guy who's girl is leavin' and he wants her to bring him a 12 pack when she gets home. Milo and the band made it so much more by giving it that Texas swing band styling.

10. "Two Old Men" is about my grandfathers and the spirit they left in me, even though they may not have lived the best life style. You should give this one another listen to really get it.
